Koeln, KOMPAS.com - Agent Lukas Podolski, Riccardo Sarti, acknowledged that Roma are interested to bring in players from FC Koeln Germany on next season. In fact, Sarti had scheduled to meet Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini in the near future to discuss this issue.
"Luke wanted to try new experiences. He is an ideal addition to Rome. He is quick, precise, and very good technically," says Sarti told La Signora In Giallorosso.
"Rome would love him and for that reason I will be meeting with Sabatini," he continued.
Podolski was actually still has a contract with Cologne until June 2013. However, Podolski states already do not want to play at the club and intends to seek a more promising challenge. Rome, especially the Serie-A, assessed Podolski is the right place to look for the challenge.
